Welcome to Walkin’ Blues Bulldogs. What started off as a hobby, has become a passion. We’ve had bulldogs since 1978 where we showed our first bulldog, Rosie, at the Ventura County Dog Show.
We are members of the Bulldog Club of America (BCA), Southwest Oregon Bulldog Club, Oregon State Bulldog Club and French Bulldog Club of Puget Sound.
Frenchie Kisses Kennel is located in the hills above The Dalles, Oregon in Lyle, Washington. We are on the Columbia River Gorge about 80 miles from Portland, Oregon. It is very convenient being close to Portland, Oregon because it makes for a nice day trip for our adoptive families in the Portland area to visit their puppy regularly as it grows. Since we work at home we are able to spend time both indoors and outdoors with all of the animals. However, French Bulldogs are more suited for indoor living as opposed to outdoors. We do like to bring them out when the weather is moderate.

We are breeders and exhibitors of quality French Bulldogs located in Tacoma, WA. Our breeding goal is to enhance the qualities of the French Bulldog standard in accordance with the French Bulldog Club of America. We show our Frenchies in American Kennel Club conformation events and have shown in Canada as well.
We breed sound, healthy French Bulldogs with good temperaments for both show and companionship. Our Frenchies are home raised and loved, so it is important to us that they continue living in a loving environment. We like to meet potential buyers in order to match you with the perfect Frenchie. We hold ourselves responsible for every dog we bring into this world – for their entire lifetime. Therefore, our dogs leave our home for their forever homes with the contracted stipulation that, if for any reason you can no longer provide proper care, then our dog will be returned to us.
We have puppies available on occasion and offer stud service to selected females. All puppies are sold under contract and are vaccinated, de-wormed, and micro-chipped prior to leaving our home. Companion puppies are sold as spay/neuter contract only. We do not believe in shipping puppies, however we will work to deliver the puppy in the most convenient manner. If we cannot meet your needs, we will assist you in finding another breeder or a rescued dog.
